Are you ready for some baseball? I am!

The sun is shining, the weather is warming up, the trees are in bloom... that can only mean one thing: It's time for some baseball! Daddy's been telling me so many wonderful things about the Boston Red Sox (the greatest sports team of all-time) and my favorite players are Yooouuuk, Big Papi, and El Capitan. I even tried out my Red Sox outfit in preparation for the big day.





I can't wait to see the first pitch on Opening Day! Monday at 2pm (Red Sox vs. Tampa Bay) can't come soon enough! Daddy and I plan on watching the whole thing! Let's go Beckett!

    That's a great outfit. Mommy tells me that the Sox are the best, but Daddy says the Phillies are. I don't know who to believe! have fun watching the game with your Daddy. Mommy won't let me watch baseball on tv.

    I'm still a bit torn. When it was sunny, and I went outside yesterday, Daddy put a Phillies hat on me. Later in the day, Mommy gave me the Phillies hat to play with in the car, because we forgot to bring Buzz. Then, when we went back outside, Mommy put my Red Sox on. Since the Phillies were in the World Series when I was born, they became my favorite, but now that it's time for my first full season, I guess I can root for both teams...unless they meet in the playoffs that is. This season is not off to a good start though. Daddy said the Phillies were flat last night, and I was so disappointed when the Sox opener got canceled today. Even though I'm not allowed to watch tv (they did let me see the World Series, and we have the proof on video), I was eagerly awaiting for Mommy or Daddy to give me a recap. Until tomorrow...

    MP, you can cheer for both teams since they are in different leagues! I was a little bummed that the Sox game got postponed and was not on tv today. Luckily, tomorrow's game will be on ESPN and Daddy and I can watch! Well, I don't really watch tv. I'd rather look at whoever is holding me rather than the tv but I can still share in the excitement of the Sox!
